Fringe Accessories is a locally owned boutique in Minnesota. There are currently two locations. The flagship store is in Edina on 50th and France and the second location is in St. Paul on Grand Ave. Both locations offer a wide variety of affordable accessories. There is everything from necklaces to earrings and bracelets, to handbags and hats. There are pieces that can be used from day to night. All merchandise is very affordable with prices running from $15 to $60. New merchandise comes in weekly and it all goes with current trends for the season!
